Holly Kuznicki, Principle Consultant
With over 20 years of practical experience in Human Resources, I have built my career supporting organizations and individuals in a wide range of HR functions on a global scale. My journey began with a degree in Organization Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, providing a strong foundation for my professional growth and commitment to excellence. The majority of my HR leadership experience is with a Fortune 150 company.
I am proud to hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, which demonstrates my dedication to staying current in the ever-evolving HR landscape.
Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in both hourly staffing and C-suite HR roles. This breadth of expertise allows me to understand and address the unique challenges faced by employees at every level of an organization. Whether working with entry-level team members or collaborating with senior executives, I bring a strategic lens with a practical, people-focused approach to every aspect of HR strategy and operations.

Beyond my professional achievements, I am deeply passionate about making a positive impact in the community. My commitment to people and animals is reflected in my volunteer work with our local and state domestic violence organizations and our local animal shelter.
